They are undoubtedly THE BEST anime fig company. Although, Max Factory and GSC are good, I think they're second tier compared to Alter. My rating for companies is (based on impressions anyways. I don't exactly own all too many figures. They're expensive.): 1st Tier: Alter 2nd Tier: GSC (and all other affiliates), Max Factory, Megahouse. 3rd Tier: Kotobukiya, Griffon Enterprises, Konami, Orchid Seed, Wave, Yamato. 4th: Everyone else I guess. (Not too sure about cospa's figures.) Of course, all the companies I actually mentioned are all really good though. Also, You should totally take more picture! I'm just gonna have to be happy with regular Yagyu Jubei - Who's still very very pretty I might add.). Anyways, the places that'll try to sell her will easily charge like $250+ USD but, since you're so intent on getting one, I decided to do some hunting around to find out about Raz's "proxy service" or whatever he calls it. The guy's name is TokyoHunter. Of course, they're all too pricey, since they are all limited/exclusive stuff. You gotta email him if you're interested though. The guy will help you find one, or locate a store for you that might get the figure, but remember, since it's a lottery item, and limited quantity, he might not be able to find one as well. If anything, you might end up buying one from ebay at 3x the price (which honestly, turned me off, cause even though they say 3x, they normally just mark it up to $300 USD) Yagyu Jubei... you're breaking my balls here. I never thought a figure could make me feel so hopeless. I wonder.. if we send out enough complaints to Alter and Hobby Japan, if they'll make her a standard figure? Cause, I'm sure a couple thousand unhappy fans might make a difference. If we all threaten to boycott them (lol. Maybe not. Alter's stuff is too irresistable. If we can at least just get enough people to "pretend to boycott" just maybe....) At any rate. GOOD LUCK! I hope you manage to get one of her. Oh! I'll be checking out this site more often now.
